How it Works:

  1. You create a new study, and define some traits for your subjects. The traits represent the characteristics of the subject that you're measuring, and that you wish to minimise.
  2. When you allocate a new subject, you enter values for the traits, and then click the 'allocate' button.
  3. Behind the scenes, Randola simulates adding the subjects to your defined groups, figuring out which group will have the least impact on the overall variance between the groups.
  4. Once it's figured out the most ideal group for the subject to end up in, it randomly selects the group, but it gives the ideal group a statistical advantage - 'weighting the dice' in its favour.

Get started with a quick registration, then create some traits and a study. Happy Randominimising!
